lovely getaway!
amazing stayroom upgradereception team
I had an amazing anniversary stay. alfonso handled our luggage and shuttles, he always greeted us with a smile. daniela at reception were very good. She provided activity suggestions. she arranged a spumante bottle for our anniversary, she got us a room upgrade. the reception team helped with logistics, breakfast boxes, and luggage.
the rooms and common areas seemed dated. i noticed this . someone needs to overhaul this hotel. management needs to stop misrepresenting what they offer. This place has potential.

The breakfast staff offered cute service with delicious entrees and freshly squeezed juices, they really went the extra mile. the guest services team aimed to please. They provided warm hospitality for every request.

The room included a well-stocked minibar and a coffee maker. the bed was comfortable. It guaranteed restful nights. the hotel grounds contain lemon trees. These add to the charm of the hotel.
